BigPanda: A Solid Choice for IT Operations (with a few tweaks needed)
I'm giving BigPanda a high rating because it has been a game-changer for our team. It has helped us cut through the noise of alerts and integrate with almost all of our systems, making it way easier to manage our IT operations. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. For one, if we accidentally delete a configuration for an alert enrichment, it would be great to have a way to recover it instead of having to set it up all over again. Also, Unified Analytics could benefit from a more customizable interface to be able to generate accurate reports if we have a very custom setup.
