I like the dashboards, they make reporting easy and the scheduled reporting saves me time. The Employee Navigator feature is a big bonus. In the past we used the chatbot feature which was clunky and unreliable. The support staff is great; they've been with us every step of the process. There are a number of AI agents that help automate ticket closure and reporting.
The integration between the modules.
Ease of integrating any solution be it a monitoring tool (Zabbix, Datadog, etc.) and maintaining the CIs in CMDB (ServiceNow, ITSM, etc.) and automation support through Truesight or Ansible
It's based on ITIL which is pretty rigid. The change control process should be a lot smoother.
The IA solution is not good. The disconnection between the support area and the business area. Changes to the licensing model whith an impact on costs
