From an admin perspective, I like the ability to segment user groups so we can control who sees what. The analytics are also very helpful as we now have a way to measure if the content the marketing team is putting out is actually getting used. From a user perspective, the AI feature is very intuitive and helpful for training purposes.

It would be nice to have a bit more ability to customize the organization of the data within sales rooms, and more ability to edit product trees/visual layout.

Not working on mobile, hence not easy to use for clients who want a blended learning approach

1-Analytics is not super user friendly when creating customized reports 2- I've had mixed reviews from Users on how the app works offline. Some report that it works and some don't (not sure if that's an iPad issue or a BigTinCan issue) 3- From a user perspective, logging in via SSO has been an increasing issue. Users will get logged out either on the web or app and have difficulty logging back in.

    BigTinCan: Admin's Perspective on Functionality and User Control

    Our overall experience has been very positive with BigTinCan and getting this system implemented for our sales team. This was a very cross-functional & departmental project and our customer success team provided guidance on best practices and was able to roll with the punches so to speak. There's always a learning curve when it comes to rolling out new technology and I found using BigTinCan from an administrative perspective was easy to learn once I knew how the different functionality/ user groups / channels were all connected. While there have been some technical issues along the way, the support team is always responsive and willing to do extra training when needed. I know they are invested in our success!
