It is user friendly and easy to see where in the process an invoice is for payment.

Nothing totally stands out in my mind as above and beyond.

The reports are very useful to enter into my accounting software.

No way to encourage others to use it. The timeline for ACH processing seems slower than others. The login process could be streamlined.

The limited capabilities of the ClientConnect and Payment sites when running reporting and analytics.

I can't implement it into my current accounting software.
