It was created with automation in mind. We are able to streamline lot's of precesses our credit and accounts people used to do manually. Now they spend time on more complex issues.

I enjoy the emails I receive on my inbox but sometimes, even if I include the email address to flow to Yaypay it does not go to the correct profile
Nothing really. It takes a bit to create an automated version of our processes and sometimes can feel like it takes forever to adapt them. But it is a one time thing. You customized it and forget.
Lack of support and limited assistance when issues come up
I do not like the activity tab, I feel that it is not organized

Since the first day of interacting with it I felt like the platform is extremely user-friendly, easy to learn how to master it, but very adaptable and customisable to ones needs. Rarely does the platform encounter any inconvenience and they are quickly solved once it does.
