Overall, our experience has been positive, and product supports our automation objectives well. However, gaps in Analytics accuracy, inconsistent depth of prod support and occasional misalignment between consulting and product teams impact the overall experience. Recent engagement with a knowledgeable Technical Manager has been positive improvement.

BillTrust has been an amazing business partner for the last 10 years of my time. They have helped me successfully prove out ROI when adding automation to my teams daily tasks which created efficiency and led the team to being able to provide other value add work to their daily responsibilities.

Good overall experience using their platform and working with their Customer Success Manager to monitor how we use the platform, escalate issues, and share feedback.

Overall our experience has been positive and continues to improve as more functionality and updates roll out. The platform is robust and capable of supporting invoice-to-cash, collections, and cash application workflows. We do find however that communication and data can have gaps between the modules.

The collection Management module provides the capabilities we require and has significantly enhanced operational efficiency by introducing automation that was previously unavailable. We are currently in the process of implementing Carla Pro, which we believe will be valuable addition, further strengthening our capabilities and supporting continued process optimization.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance offers a comprehensive and well-integrated solution for financial management. ERP integration is seamless, data analytics are powerful, and receivables management is efficient.

The product works really great and help automate all of the manual back office financial tasks. Awesome asset tracking capabilities.
