Collections Module - AI Worklist
1. Daily Worklists for each collector that they can work from. Having this feature got us away from using an aging and trying to organize collection efforts ourselves. 2. Automated dunning services. We are able to reach customers we have never had time to reach previously and have been able to clear up a great deal of older receivables in the process. 3. Administrative reporting so we can see progress and review stats and show the rest of our company how successful the team has been and how big the challenge is.
1) Analytics accuracy and Transparency: Item level Analytics, particularly in the Cash App module require improvement. The current Analytics often underrepresent actual progress., which can negatively impact product quality and also impact client credit without providing actionable insight. For example, Item Analytics for us showed 50% in High Radius, whereas our internal assessment was closer to 86%. Enhancing Analytics through more meaningful groupings, clearer visibility into true progress and explicit explanations where progress is limited would help distinguish product limitations from client business model constraints. This would enable clients to set realistic explanations to address process gaps rather than perceiving the issue as a product deficiency. propose to improve analytics by adding necessary groupings and make it visible to client on what is the real progress and where it doesn't feel like progress show the reasons. That way it won't feel like a product issue but a client business model issue. That helps client to either set realistic expectations or to fix their process. 2) Inconsistent quality of Production Support: Support Responses often lack deep troubleshooting and assume limited user knowledge, leading to unnecessary back and forth and delayed resolution of legitimate defects. 3)Limited continuity and product familiarity in support and consulting Teams: Support & consultants are not always sufficiently familiar with our specific business use case requiring us to repeatedly explain configuration and workflows. During implementations, proposed designs sometimes do not fully align with Product capabilities
1. Currently, the Collections module does not work for companies (users) that do not contact the customer directly. 2. Some items that were discussed/resolved during UAT and planning period were not updated properly in Production. 3.Tracker items that impact our current processes and ideal security practices
While the system comes with a built in calling app, we find it to be missing some functionality that we believe should be included in the price we already pay and not an additional add on. For example, Voicemail and the ability to customize the message customers receive when we cannot answer the phone. It simply tells them we are busy but is not editable to customize the message to our company.
