The product is intuitive and easy to learn, requiring no specialized expertise to navigate through its modules efficiently. On the rare occasions we have encountered issues, the service team has been exceptionally prompt and responsive in providing effective resolutions.
We've managed to successfully replace 3 FTE's utilizing the system for the cost of about 1.25 FTE's. This is a net positive to the bottom line, but it hasn't quite been the full benefits we'd anticipated. Additionally, the system has a good dashboard for managing data and exceptions. Set up was relatively simple enough.
The end result. We have attained the ROI metrics we required to make this investment. Additionally, we have a great working relationship with the HighRadius team.
While the product offers strong functionality overall, there are a few areas where improvements would enhance usability and efficiency: Integration Timing - System integrations currently operate through batch processing rather than real-time updates, which can delay data synchronization across platforms. Email Management - The email inbox requires manual monitoring to associate responses with the correct customer accounts, adding extra administration effort. Documentation Limitations - Users are unable to attach supporting documents within the cash application module to record non-AR invoice deposits, limiting documentation accuracy.
We've struggled to avoid issues with customers where they purchase the same products many times. When this happens, the system has issues identifying which customer invoices to apply to the cash receipt. This results in a lot of time spent identifying this happened, and then correcting it. We've yet to find a solution to this issue.
There are differences in the technological maturity level of certain functionality that is common across the modules. For example, the options for how customer contact information can be used in the Collections module are more robust than the options you have in the Invoice Delivery module.

We use the Collections, Cash Application and Invoice Delivery modules. Our experience has been extremely enjoyable and we have attained the expected value from the product. The sales team was not pushy and gave us the right level of attention as we went through our due diligence process. The implementation team was extremely knowledgeable about the product. They were able to find creative solutions to scenarios which are specific to our business needs. They were extremely patient with our team throughout the UAT process which was a big reason our team was comfortable using the platform post go-live. Daily Tasks Simplified in Accounts Receivable Though Email Delays Occur
The HighRadius was good and excellent. We used the collection tab as we are in the accounts receivable department. We used it every day on sending automated email (email correspond) to the customer for their statement of account. It was easy to use and convenient. There's a demo on how to use every tab.
