As a user, I find the platform intuitive and user-friendly. As an administrator, I highly value the availability and responsiveness of their Customer Support and Customer Success Manager.
Responsive to our requests
Analytical tools are powerful. We have created a wide array or reports that are allowing us to see the business like never before at an Operational level.
I've faced some limitations in customization, which can limit flexibility in adapting the platform to specific needs.
No monitoring of usage available in platform
1. UI on the administration side could use work. Side groups can get confusing and finding literature through help guides can be cumbersome at times. 2. Digital cases are not in HTML. Lots of limitations here, and by upgrading and enhancing this feature they may give it a more robust ticketing offering that mimics features of outlook 3. Aimie strategies are limited - it would be nice to have more robust features to expand on Aimie's dunning phases, including the pre dunning phase. I'm aware we can mitigate this through bulk strategies, but it would be nice if Aimie strategies became a 1-stop shop to create and deploy end to end without the need of other strategies especially in the pre-dunning phase which only has 1 step through Aimie

Augmented Cash Collection - still needs manual work, not fully automated
I do like the Cash Collection module because it`s a strong and modern solution in the AR automation. The main strength are: process standardization, AI guidance and automation of routine tasks. We have seen an improvement on DSO level which is one of the main goals of our company. Otherwise, I do not like the manual follow-ups (user must execute call, email, escalation). Moreover, disputed invoices, partial payments and legal cases fall outside automated flows.
