It makes the process of invoicing and payments automatic so I don't need to do it manually also I like how it supports multiple payment method which makes it reliable in my point of view.

The platform is robust and clearly built for real-world financial operations, not just demos. Support is responsive and genuinely helpful.

I dislike that if I am doing the self service the available material is bit limited also it needs time to understand the payment related things properly.

Our only complain is the lack of assistance we've received after implementation last year. We put in service now tickets then need to get our sales rep involved to get them moving. Very disappointed with the back end support.

Like many enterprise tools, there's a learning curve up front. Some workflows could be more intuitive without needing guidance.
