It's really hard to work with Quadient, overall, the support is limited, and it takes too long to get assistance. The Dashboard looks pretty but it doesn't display relevant information and it's not customizable. Reporting is extremely ineffective and complicated and again no support to create reports. The AI that was advertised doesn't really work

Nothing really. It takes a bit to create an automated version of our processes and sometimes can feel like it takes forever to adapt them. But it is a one time thing. You customized it and forget.

DSO woes - a thing of the past. AR by Quadient is an exceptional DSO present.
The product innovation is outstanding, the workflows are so easy to use they do not require tech admin to create. Our DSO was halved, team morale was up, and positive customer service comments were up within months of initiating the tool. I would like to see quarterly customer service calls come back, missing that aspect of the software service changed my rating from truly exceptional to outstanding.
