I heard it is safe and privacy the first priority. Apart from that did not like anything
Creating folders for departments to share information is extremely easy. This allows for inter-departmental collaboration, as well as secure and structured collaboration within a single department.
- The account recovery feature had to be enabled manually. It would be great if this had been switched on from the start - There are 2 user administration areas which sometimes don't sync up, so you have to go onto 2 pages to disable a user

It is possible for users to not configure their accounts correctly, lose access, then require that you delete the account to recover their access to shared credentials. Their support team cannot help recover employee accounts if this happens, which is good for security but bad for the organization if this occurs. Scaling for small numbers of employees is tough, they don't provide many options here. Getting the number of users up high enough to this level is hard for smaller orgs. Not much else to say here.

Easy to use and administer password manager. We have our own instance set up with different collections of passwords for different departments. It's really easy to create new collections and add users to them. We have it set up with account recovery so if anyone loses their master password to their Bitwarden login, we can reset their password and recover their account. Previously, the account would have had to start from scratch. I often use the send section, which allows me to generate a link and securely send over new passwords for users.
