User-friendly interface, strong process automation tools, and smooth integration with other systems made workflow design efficient and collaboation easier.

Step learning curve if you want to achieve important results as an administrator. Desktop GUI sometimes lags when working with huge models. Please consider investing in the cloud env because collaboration and versioning works better in the cloud.
