This is one of the easiest BPMS platforms to use, although, as with all the vendors, forget any claims about low-code. You aren't going to get far without applying software engineers to the task of building your processes.
Bizagi is particularly strong on its visual process modelling, and then in using those process models to provide out-of-the-box operational reporting for both in-flight and historic workflows.
The online documentation only goes so far and does not cover many of the more complex features.
Ultimately, what you find is that off your own back, you can get started with Bizagi and build simple processes and data models, but then to truly refine your process or add more complex features, you need experts. Any Bizagi experts that speak English are hard to come by, and Bizagi themselves do not make it easy to use their professional services.
