The platform is very visual, so creating and adjusting workflows doesn't require technical knowledge. It also integrates well with our document management system, which helps keep project information consistent and traceable.

The platform is simple and intuitive

User interface and usability for novice users.

Setting up more complex construction workflows, such as multi-stage approvals or site specific logic, can take longer than expected. The interface is not always intuitive for site staff who aren't used to digital systems. Integrations sometimes require additional configuration, which slows down deployment
