Broad spectrum of available functions within the tool inline with multiple architecture frameworks. 4. Support availability. BizzDesign made it easy to request support allowing us the opportunity to schedule support sessions within 1-3 days.

1. The ability within the Hopex tool to venture layer by layer into the architecture allowed us to see the impact across various resources. 2. Customization: the willingness to support architecture designs that were not customary to the standard frameworks. 3. Willingness to Help: BizzDesign staff helping to support our architectural goals.

The ability to interconnect everything, to generate the required relationships within a enterprise architecture reference framework.

I like the ability to: - Define systems, their building blocks and interactions - Associate TOGAF layers and their components (e.g., Business Processes to Systems)

1. Broad options within the tool made it difficult to establish a single process for architecture reviews and updates. 2) Product issues: some of the broader customizations, for other organizations and not our organization, led to some corrupted designs of the tool. 3. that is all

- Licensing management. - Implementation model. - Flexibility of some elements of the solution.

The aspects that I dislike are as follows: 1. Business Processes captured in Visio are difficult to import into MEGA HOPEX, if they don't fully comply with BPMN notation. 2. After the successful import of Visio-based Business Processes, further diagram reorganization needs to be adapted by hand. 3. Hovering on icons should provide useful semantics information
