The company and their services went through some hiccups as they fully consolidated the Good acquisition and infrastructure, which was painful for their customers. The technology team tries hard to satisfy requirements, but we find many are out of their control due to their limited ability to control features dictated by the mobile OEM's and the reduced application ecosystem customers are limited to that support their sandbox.

I`m very satisfy of cooperation with BlackBerry Technical support if needed. Technical knowledge of the technicians is on high level. They really know the BlackBerry products. They are able to find sufficient solution for specific situations. They are helpful before upgrade procedure and during solving potential issues. They try to eliminate any impact to end users.
