It's an amazing professional community that stands out because it allows only verified employees to participate using their official Email ID. Where as we as end users get to know the honest and authentic review of an Organization, get genuine feedback about Job offers when one has to evaluate he or she is being compensated fairly which helps to have the right conversation with the hiring team and all this by ensuring anonymity.

Blind is easy to use but not my favorite interface. I get sort of confused when I'm in the app and wish it was laid out differently. That being said, it gets the job done and is easy to use for company reviews and research.
