Great platform and excellent support. Very few complaints.
Bloomfire, and particularly the team, has been incredibly helpful throughout every step of this process. The platform suits our needs and any features that currently aren't available are typically in the works. It's been a huge win for our Advocates. My only real issue is that there are some difficulties transferring from Google Docs, which is our company platform. Positive Platform Customization Offset by Time-Consuming AI Content Corrections
The service has worked well for the most part -- our biggest hurdles have been getting the Ask AI feature to provide consistent responses and accurate information. Having to edit the content itself at a micro level to avoid incorrect or inconsistent responses is extremely time consuming and occasionally fixing one problem creates another.
