The service has worked well for the most part -- our biggest hurdles have been getting the Ask AI feature to provide consistent responses and accurate information. Having to edit the content itself at a micro level to avoid incorrect or inconsistent responses is extremely time consuming and occasionally fixing one problem creates another.

I like the platform's aesthetics, and our ability to customize them The ability for users to bookmark specific pages they'll use most often The analytics around Ask AI usage are insightful

Like

I find the product very intuitive and easy to use for our authors and teams. At the admin level, I appreciate the flexibility to customize pages to mee our users' needs. One of my favorite features is the Ask AI functionality, which helps users quickly find answers to locate relative articles. It's a great addition that aligns with the growing need for AI-driven support and efficiency. Lastly, I've found the configuration to be very effective, not only in displaying uploaded assets of multiple types, but also in providing deep indexing to enhance search results and overall content discoverability.

Like

The user interface is sleek and the site organization is easy to understand and use. For the most part, the Ask AI is helpful and works as intended.

Dislike

We are not able to train or set guardrails for the Ask AI feature. It would be immensely helpful to have the ability to associate certain keywords with a specific, programmed response. The regular keyword search is also lackluster and provides a worse experience than the previous tool -- without the Ask AI functionality the service is ineffective.

Dislike

We have struggled with the viewability of Excel files within platform, which has caused some frustration among teams and users. Although we've explored potential fixes, our company's document-sharing regulations have limited our ability to fully resolve this issue. There are also issues that we have run into is difficulty managing and updating content duplicated. AI keeping up with technology and need to constantly need to improve.

Dislike

It lacks the ability to be able to directly train and manipulate the AI responses. It lacks the ability to point you directly to the exact source in the content where the AI pulled from. The AI sometimes gets confused between two posts that have similar information, even though it seems like it should be able to differentiate between the information, making me feel like the AI should be smarter than it is.

    In my experience working with the Bloomfire team, they have been highly responsive to request, and specific needs related to our use case. Thay value our feedback and actively seek solutions to address challenges. When immediate solutions aren't available, the ensure our input is considered for future roadmap enhancements.

    Overall, the experience with Bloomfire has been pretty great! I feel as though there have been a few features which have not quite been what we expected and are lacking compared to the product we switched from. For the most part, it works as intended.

    Bloomfire, and particularly the team, has been incredibly helpful throughout every step of this process. The platform suits our needs and any features that currently aren't available are typically in the works. It's been a huge win for our Advocates. My only real issue is that there are some difficulties transferring from Google Docs, which is our company platform. Everything else we've been able to workaround, and again, team is AMAZING!
