I find the product very intuitive and easy to use for our authors and teams. At the admin level, I appreciate the flexibility to customize pages to mee our users' needs. One of my favorite features is the Ask AI functionality, which helps users quickly find answers to locate relative articles. It's a great addition that aligns with the growing need for AI-driven support and efficiency. Lastly, I've found the configuration to be very effective, not only in displaying uploaded assets of multiple types, but also in providing deep indexing to enhance search results and overall content discoverability.
The user interface is sleek and the site organization is easy to understand and use. For the most part, the Ask AI is helpful and works as intended.
We are not able to train or set guardrails for the Ask AI feature. It would be immensely helpful to have the ability to associate certain keywords with a specific, programmed response. The regular keyword search is also lackluster and provides a worse experience than the previous tool -- without the Ask AI functionality the service is ineffective.
We have struggled with the viewability of Excel files within platform, which has caused some frustration among teams and users. Although we've explored potential fixes, our company's document-sharing regulations have limited our ability to fully resolve this issue. There are also issues that we have run into is difficulty managing and updating content duplicated. AI keeping up with technology and need to constantly need to improve.
It lacks the ability to be able to directly train and manipulate the AI responses. It lacks the ability to point you directly to the exact source in the content where the AI pulled from. The AI sometimes gets confused between two posts that have similar information, even though it seems like it should be able to differentiate between the information, making me feel like the AI should be smarter than it is.
