The AI Helpbot is exceptionally helpful in navigating through the platform and understanding how things work and connect. It has also been a great help in providing coding solutions when stuck in the AI workbench notebooks. The integrated Jupyter notebooks are brilliant for in-depth analysis into the data. I think the listeners are quite powerful. I particularly like the filtering features on the pages - e.g. the ability to filter connections for a profile property make it really easy to find what I'm looking for.

Dialogue boxes help us add pop ups to our website with important messaging. We can also AB test landing pages on our website to see what consumers like better (video vs image).
I would prefer a relational database, rather than NoSQL
The coding capabilities are complicated even for experienced web developers on our team. CSS & html bugs occur that we cant explain and reformatting dialogues becomes trial and error.
My login is never saved so I am constantly locked out. The 'What' section in the dialogue box does not work half of the time to update the content.
