Ease of Use - The tool is user friendly, and you don't have to be highly technical for normal use cases. Simple and intuitive design - The UI, insghits and conenctions are steughtfirward and easy to naviagte. Flexibility for advanced needs - When more complex interactions are required, the tool provides a large range of customization
When the analytics and tracking are functioning they provide valuable insights
The AI Helpbot is exceptionally helpful in navigating through the platform and understanding how things work and connect. It has also been a great help in providing coding solutions when stuck in the AI workbench notebooks. The integrated Jupyter notebooks are brilliant for in-depth analysis into the data. I think the listeners are quite powerful. I particularly like the filtering features on the pages - e.g. the ability to filter connections for a profile property make it really easy to find what I'm looking for.
Limited direct integrations - Some martech tools don't have native integrations, which forces us to use custom workarounds. Complex Setup for advanced use cases - While the UI is easy for basic use cases, setting up more technical or large scale integrations often requires extra effort and expertise. Relatively new product - Since BlueCOnic is a relatively new product, there are some knowledge gaps. More detailed guidance, especially for advanced scenarios and troubleshooting, would be very helpful and could save some time and effort during implementations.
The coding capabilities are complicated even for experienced web developers on our team. CSS & html bugs occur that we cant explain and reformatting dialogues becomes trial and error.
I would prefer a relational database, rather than NoSQL

Overall, the experience has been good. The UI is straightforward, with plenty of options for insight and flexibility for custom implementations. However, some basic integrations could be improved. For example, we use BlueConic as a segmentation tool to provide audeince to Adobe Target, but there's no direct integration available.
