I mostly like the great modularity of the software. It allows for a very fine-grained configuration, so we can decide per service flow how much or how little we want the system to do/handle. If we want to handle certain flows ourselves, we can configure this while still maintaining a reliable fallback mechanism in BlueRock TMS.
BlueRock's platform features a clean an intuitive user interface, making planning user-friendly. Additionally, the system supports real-time decision-making, which is essential for adapting to volume fluctuations and operational demands that may occur in our supply chain. Finally, BlueRock's configurable business rules allow for the flexibility to quickly adjust our processes as we gain deeper insight into our operations. This will be instrumental as we continue to grow our operations!

One area for improvement could have been a faster adoption of single sign-on solutions. It took some time before this was fully aligned, and while we eventually got there, the interim period without SSO did cause some issues.
We have encountered some challenges with resource availability and the time zone difference between the EU and US teams which created a few hurdles. However, BlueRock was very receptive to our feedback and took quick action to address our concerns. They worked closely with us to overcome these challenges and ultimately helped us implement a strong effective soultion.
if you input a delivery incorrectly once, you need to re-do it from the beginning because it gives you an error.
