Low-code and visual interfaces help with understanding the integration flows, collaboration, and stakeholder walkthroughs. The drag and drop feature for data mapping is also a great feature. System-to-system integration capabilities. Data synchronization across different platforms. Multiple vendor integration capabilities.

Ease of use: It's very intuitive and user friendly, allowing our developers to quickly integrate APIs.

Boomi has a complex learning curve, especially for someone that isn't in a core architectural department. Deep, code-level control and custom protocol handling

* I created one (simple) support case and this take more days to resolve by the support team then I expected in the first case. I didn't use the escalation procedure. I assume that new support cases take less time to resolve. * The complexity to setup the integration with the Layer7 API Gateway * We are using the Boomi Control plane. This product was acquired from APIIDA. The transition from APIIDA to Boomi wasn't smoothly at all.

We have moved from a connection based model to a consumption based model, which has allowed us freedom to grow our connections within the platform without the need for purchasing expensive connectors. This, coupled up with renewed support and advice from Boomi has given us confidence in using Boomi as our go-to IpaaS.
