I liked how it has a clean UI and how it handles large volumes of data. The dashboard is easy to navigate and you get all the features like listening, brand mentions etc.
Plug and play simplicity (as a non-technical user, I love that it didn't require any complex integration. Sentiment visualization (the visual breakdown of positive and negative sentiment is intuitive) Negative mention filtering
The real-time notifications work, and fast! The sentiment tagging also gets it right about 85% of the time too, so I can trust my data overview without having to clean up my data.
There are moments where the information hierarchy of information could be improved. Some of the data-heavy sections can feel slightly overwhelming because the visual emphasis isn't always clear. O also feel like too many steps are required to get to specific insights.

Cost is the biggest pain point for me, and I hesitate to suggest that we expand or scale up with the software because of the investment. I also have a touch of trouble with the sentiment tagging on video-based platforms like Tik tok and Youtube.
