I liked how it has a clean UI and how it handles large volumes of data. The dashboard is easy to navigate and you get all the features like listening, brand mentions etc.

Plug and play simplicity (as a non-technical user, I love that it didn't require any complex integration. Sentiment visualization (the visual breakdown of positive and negative sentiment is intuitive) Negative mention filtering

The real-time notifications work, and fast! The sentiment tagging also gets it right about 85% of the time too, so I can trust my data overview without having to clean up my data.

Dislike

There are moments where the information hierarchy of information could be improved. Some of the data-heavy sections can feel slightly overwhelming because the visual emphasis isn't always clear. O also feel like too many steps are required to get to specific insights.

AI context struggles (sentiment analysis algorithm sometimes struggles to detect irony and sarcasm) Cleaning up data (if your brannd name is common word, the initial setup requires some time to add negative keywords to filter our irrelevant noise from the results) Historical data limits

Dislike

Cost is the biggest pain point for me, and I hesitate to suggest that we expand or scale up with the software because of the investment. I also have a touch of trouble with the sentiment tagging on video-based platforms like Tik tok and Youtube.

    Intuitive Sentiment Visualization Offsets Occasional Misses in Sarcasm Recognition

    Brand24 is an ideal choice for a beginner in sentiment analysis. I love plug and play approach - it works immediately with zero technical setup. The data visualization is intuitive, and the negative mentions filter saves me hours of moderation. The only downside is that the Ai sometimes misses sarcasm, but overall, it is a invaluable tool for marketing.

    The dashboard is really clean and user friendly and everything was relatively easy to set up. The real-time notifications actually work, which is nice. The main drawback is cost, which can be pretty prohibitive if you're a smaller company or looking to scale further.
