Clean and easy to undestand platform that's excellent for providing beautiful top-level data views and dashboarding. Dashboarding can be achieved quickly and easily within the Brightedge platform which is a nice touch when most dashboarding happens off platform in this day and age.

Scaling globally - Managing hundreds of keyword and page groups across countreis is cumbersome. A global rollup view of each business unit would make organization far easier. Dashboard limitations - Visualizations are somewhat basic. More creative, executive-ready options like interactive global or US heat maps would reduce manual reporting. Limited admin controls - Permissions aren't flexible enough. Business units can't easily be restricted to only their own data and many customizations reuqire BrightEdge to make the changes.
Expensive pricing models make Brightedge potentially a huge cost for organisations who want to track a lot of keywords. This has been a drawback of the platform in the past. Brightedge used to be a frontrunner in the world of SEO as far as new features & experimental metrics go (for example, the introduction of Blended Rank alongside Classic Rank), however, other platforms have drawn ahead as far as innovation goes.
