Ahrefs is an amazing tool that is a powerful workhorse at a good price. They have a strong presence in the SEO and backlinks category and are the undisputed #1 most powerful backlink discovery platform, as well as amazing at keyword identification and processing. They are now a full SEO suite with amazing capabilities and are getting into the world of AI and social, which is an important evolution.

I used to love AHREFS, but lately they have been impossible to work with. Including paying them over $XXX a month, which I can show payment from and its just not working - they have cost my team thousands of dollars in productivity.

A combination of their data quality, UI, and speed of updates and upgrades. I couldn't do my job without them.

I loved the features and the historical ranking data - as well as the best by links - however when you pay for a tool, you expect it to work.

- Checking the domain authority of websites and overall performance and health of our own website as well as competitors - Ability to check backlinks and backlink opportunites - Checking trends data month on month for us as well as competitors

Their UI is good, but doesn't follow conventional SaaS UI patterns - so there's room for improvement there.

Well - I paid for a service, for the last 5 years, and now it just doesn't work, despite paying them over $XXX

Can do better with bringing new AI features on time.
