It really improved our process transparency. Intergration actually went smoother than expected as well which is definetly a plus!
1. Support needed for configuration 2. Complex process mapping can slow down the interface. 3. Steep learning curve for a user.
There is no rhyme or reason to how lines are applied to connect components and they frequently float, disappear or line text moves around or is lost.
The learning curve for advanced features. Some analytics require more training.
