Bynder has greater improved the efficiency of gathering image resources for projects, both due to overall performance, but in particular the strong search functionality that powers it. By leveraging a DAM tool such as this, we are now able to narrow down from over 30K assets to less than 100 relevant ones with just 3-4 clicks and a single keyword - this is incredibly powerful! SSO is also a key benefit, further reducing the cognitive load in using the DAM.

The search functionality is a game changer here, however if this was slow to access then we would soon find teams saving files locally or on file shares again - thus the ease of search and speed (and accuracy) of results is paramount.

Platform allows to use lots of filters for an user in order to find relevant materials

Ease of use. Can easily create collections, add restrictions, and share with external partners. Features such as transformations, editing, link sharing, privacy controls, etc allow for customizing that suits our brands needs, as well as, needs of our external partners.

It's hard to find fault, but one small critique is that it is missing just a little finesse in the UI - while it is good, it is not great. While it is fast, it doesn't feel snappy. And with a little more refinement, it could move from being efficient to a joy to use.

Lack of self-explaining opportunities for a user - how to get maximum out of the tool. Filter settings are complex and not straight-forward. Outdated design plus click response is slow

Inability to upload file to bulk update metafields, need to go through customer support. Lack of AI features. No file structure, relying solely on tagging. No automation for tagging.
