Performance of Bynder Across Market Features
Bynder Likes & Dislikes
The search functionality is a game changer here, however if this was slow to access then we would soon find teams saving files locally or on file shares again - thus the ease of search and speed (and accuracy) of results is paramount.
Product uptime
The interface is clean and easy to use, even for people who aren't tech savy. The search function is great - metadata and filters make it super quick to find the right asset. I also really like the brand guidelines and collections features, which help ensure everyones using the latest approved content. The integration options with tools like Adobe CC and CMS platforms save a lot of time for designers and marketers.
It's hard to find fault, but one small critique is that it is missing just a little finesse in the UI - while it is good, it is not great. While it is fast, it doesn't feel snappy. And with a little more refinement, it could move from being efficient to a joy to use.
No in-region support, GUI is dated, new features are an additional cost which removes any value from the overall platform.
Uploading large files can be slow at times, and the preview function doesn't always handle every file type smoothly. The admin side could use better bulk editing and reporting options. Also, setting up the taxonomy and metadata structure at the start is quite time-consuming. Once done it's great, but it takes effort to achieve it.

Bynder is a very good DAM, with only minor tweaks needed to make it great
Bynder has greater improved the efficiency of gathering image resources for projects, both due to overall performance, but in particular the strong search functionality that powers it. By leveraging a DAM tool such as this, we are now able to narrow down from over 30K assets to less than 100 relevant ones with just 3-4 clicks and a single keyword - this is incredibly powerful! SSO is also a key benefit, further reducing the cognitive load in using the DAM. - MARKETING ASSOCIATE10B+ USDConsumer GoodsReview Source

They provided excellent presales support, and their onboarding process was the smoothest and best-executed I've ever participated in. - Digital Asset Manager1B-10B USDInsurance (except health)Review Source
Product Roadmap Visibility Praised, But Activity Log and Automation Fall Short
Hi, I've worked with 6 different DAM systems in 11 years for 3 different companies and by far Bynder has had the best customer service from day 1. I like to test each system to it's limits to see how far we can go and between the ticketing system and customer success manager, I've always been met with thorough and courteous support (I ask A LOT of questions). They are also constantly releasing newer and enhanced functionality. Lately, they have been focusing a lot of on AI and we are very excited to see it all unfold! - MARKETING MANAGER50M-1B USDSoftwareReview Source
