Continuity of resources is a challenge when working with any of the big 4 advisory firms. The inevitable transition from the team that helps gather requirements and articulate strategy to the team who is going to deliver, is always a challenge. Not sure how this is avoided, but it is always a least favorite part.
Slow, unorganised and generally poor value for their customer.
