Some consultants lack the business experience like in EWM

1) There were consultants who left the company, but they were quickly replaced. 2) The initial actions to assess the maturity of the processes were a bit weak, but they quickly remedied it. 3) One output was missing some aspects that we, as clients point out. It was resolved woithout any issues.
