A professional and collaborative team. They have a good ability to adapt to the client's needs. Quality delivery.
SAP/HANA is a world renowned product that's been is use for years, so the stability of it is a big plus. Also, it has the ability to combine all company related tasks and processes into one software platform (warehousing, inventory, sales, invoicing, contact management etc). Another thing I like about it is that it's very modular, so the software can be customized to how it best suits your environment.
Likes: 1) Service and support staff are well trained. 2) They proactively resolve issues within the time frame. 3) They provide online and on site support any time.
Communication could be a bit more proactive. Opportunities for improvement in ongoing monitoring. Responsiveness sometimes varies depending on the project phase.
Sometimes there's odd and random errors that crash the software and it needs to be restarted, and sometimes certain addins cause issues and can complicate the installation process. Another thing I don't like about it is the fact that it has a large footprint if you're hosting on-premise and needs to be maintained regularly.
Dislikes: 1) The service and support are costly to afford for smaller organisations. 2) Frequent product updates disrupt work flow. 3) Extensive training is required due to the complex interface of the products.
