One thing like about it is the way we break down complex topics into short, understandable videos, the content is very clear and easy to follow.
I liked the fact that you can rewatch the videos.
One of the things I like about their content is that they usually guide you through setting up your own lab which you will use to perform the hands-on. The range of technologies and vendors is also pretty expansive and is a good match for my needs.
I dont see any disadvantage to use CBT Nuggets
The program I took didn't have an introduction of the program nor instructor
What I don't like is that there are no slides to go with the courses. It's just someone talking in front of the screen most of the time and either showing a GUI or drawing on the see-through whiteboard. The courses are presented with a storytelling approach which may appeal to some but I prefer something shorter and more straight to the point.

It's helpful that the website has many videos to watch on various topics. I mainly focused on the CISSP training which was good, but needed improvements. There wasn't an initial introduction video about the instructor or the content. The transitions to other videos were not helpful.
