I have a couple of minor problems with the Process Intelligence platform. The first is that celonis is a bit difficult to learn. its intricacies often prevent individuals with little if any expertise in either process mining or data analytics from jumping right in and going full board. Also, not every module is friendly to use hence new users don't maximize their potential. The second issue has to do with the fact that while Celonis is easy to customize almost anything, some parts do not allow this feature. there are some instances where it can be challenging to generate certain graphics. The third aspect that i am not 100% pleased with is the lag that is associated with the system when huge amounts of data are utilized. The application involves a large amount of data and may work perfectly for this purpose, this large data size and model complexity however might cause some delays to the purpose of the system use. These delays may include slower response times while analyzing data which may hinder the effectiveness of the task.

Data pipeline is a bit delayed sometimes, price for task mining solution is a bit high, that makes it more challening to find a usecase for a positive roi, negotiation with the works council needed to be done (not celonis fault, but taskmining requires it in DE)

1. Real time status is slow to load. 2. Doing execution task on multiple orders is not possible. 3. Access for changing/performing executional task is broken for some people even being in the same team.
