My data analysis intern role, where I worked with the Celonis Process Intelligence platform, was both challenging and rewarding. When it comes to data ingestion up to complex process analysis, the platform has indeed wowed me with its powerful capabilities. Nevertheless, what took the most time and considerable amount of dedication was acquiring the knowledge of how to conduct process mining for studying. Overcoming such challenges was not in vain. These problems helped to learn useful lessons and discover the core reason why the processes were not effectively performing as applicable.
