Integration options are decent, open source API's can be called from pretty much any iPaaS and connectivity on a recent project to integrate to a 3D design platform was completled with relative ease.
The support teams are somewhat limited, and will often look to push most work into its chargeable workstreams. This combined with limited permissions for your 'in house' admin or super user teams can mean that this solution can become expensive to operate and maintain. The onboarding/implementation experience was not particularly pleasant, there were many challenges for the project team to overcome and the support team from Centric did not seem to work well with them to overcome these.

Centric is an enterprise level PLM solution which is perfectly positioned for the SMB space, however the application is not the easiest to use, the support services are not the best and if you are not careful you can very quickly and easily start to incur a lot of costs in support and maintenance.
