We are using CS PIM since beginning of 2021. The platform is very intuitive, adaptable and stable. It is a very solid product which unites best-of-breed functionalities from DAM & PIM.
The setup went quite fast and without any problems.

It can be configured according to how we need to use it. What's even more impressive is that, configuration happens in an easy to understand UI.
Accelerated our product launch as we dont have to go through a lot of systems and workers just to publish a simple product.
Takes some time to get used to. No possibility to directly import asset/meta data from previous DAM system. A lot of connectors to other systems, but at quite high cost
The licensing model did not fit our needs at first, but we worked it out.
In the future, we look forward to integrating more of the platform to our business.

Our overall experience with Contentserv was very positive - from evaluation, proof of concept, design, implementation, support - perfect execution. And then you add in the product experience (so many features and very nice UX) and you get real worth for your investment.
