Features and functionality.
CGI Advantage products are innovative and easy to use. The Project team is supportive and top quality in all areas of the product. CGI Subject Matter Expert and Technical teams are always actively testing and assisting/training clients to transit smoothly at each upgrade.
- Ease of use for end-users - Amount of features and customization within the base product - User Interface with recent redesign in CGI Advantage4 - Ability to use the system through any browser as it is cloud-based
Time to implement.
With the 4x version of Advantage products, it is base-lined with all clients in the product which sometimes causes issues. As they roll out service features set 3 times a year with the 4x version of Advantage products, testing can be overwhelming for clients. Some features of the product are only available in cloud models.
- Reporting within the software could be improved. The current reporting tool, Pentaho, within CGI Advantage4 went back to an older version of criteria selection which is not intuitive compared to the newer version that was available with Advantage360. - Budget book building integration has been somewhat of an issue (security items on our end partially to blame). Due to firewall issues that have yet to be resolved we cannot get the budget book building component to work effectively. - A list of page codes within the solution itself would be extremely helpful. It is sometimes hard to remember what they are and the dropdown menu to search from them is only helpful if you remember a portion of the page code to begin with.
