I like how easy it is to onboard and use as a first time user, The dashboard and user interface is simple and easy to use, I can locate features and navigate the software with ease. I also like how customizable Chargebee is, I can customize the features to fit my organization's needs. I like how Chargebee integrates seamlessly with other platforms, syncing data across platforms and providing deep insights and analysis for reports and audits.
the ability to have recurring charges automated is good. It does integrate with salesforce to a degree. It has global currencies.
Loved the automation features, it was very streamlined to see the subscription details. Best of all is a very quick resolution on support tickets. Their customer reps were very helpful and responsive. It also gave us free trial, so it helped test it out before starting a contract officially.
I have enjoyed using Chargebee so far, I don't have any dislike for it at all.
there is zero support for tax exemption laws by state. This is a huge miss for non-profit entities and organizations that work exclusively with them.
Some of my peers were struggling with the UI, said it was overwhelming. I liked it, I understand where they were coming from, the product had a lot of breadth, so it can take a while to learn. Also, one flag our revenue team raised is the pricing based on the revenue, so if you are a scaling business with fast growth, this is an important thing to note. I like to see detailed reports, I wish it was a bit more flexible. Otherwise, a good product overall
