I use Chargebee daily as a member of my organization's accounting team and I am truly delighted with its reliability and overall performance. Using this software has transformed our workflow from a manual billing process to a digital automated invoicing and billing system. My team's output has improved greatly because Chargebee allows us to multitask while it does its job in the background.

This system is overly complicated from a user interface perspective, specifically within salesforce. For our work with non-profit organizations there is virtually no support for tax exemption within the platform making it nearly impossible to work with various state laws regarding sales tax. Please fix this!
