The brand trust and its global reach are the features we like most. It also has good APIs and the connector for our ERP.
It's so important to have a reliable online payments processor and given that this is one of the oldest companies in tech with probably the longest history of payments processing behind them, they know what they are doing and have made a really exceptional product which integrates well, processes quickly and is super intuitive to use...
Transaction fees can be expensive, especially when the volume isn't very high. There are also limited customization options but that increases trust I would imagine.
As mentioned above, it has high transaction fees compared to other solutions, limited customization and tickets from support sometimes take longer than expected.
The initial setup was less than stellar and I think this could be greatly improved. It does require a bit of patience and perhaps they could improve their dashboard layout - make things easier to find - maybe even make the interface adaptable with a Hot Links that adjust when you use the most on a daily basis.
