The Org Chart panel. As a start-up, my company has a lot of internal movements and reorganization of teams. Also, I'm part of of the Customer Service team, which has very cross-team WoW.s With Charthop, I have a clear view of specific teams, departments and stakeholders (in case of collaboration).
Sometimes it makes my PC slow, but I think that is more on my PC than it is the app.
1- It takes time to fully understand all the features 2- Complicated permissions and access rules to setup 3- The pricing can be a challenge for smaller teams
UI is not the most intuitive. I have found myself going back and forth between panels, or even with the Org Chart filters, to find the information or employee I'm looking for. Some parts of the interface can be a bit complex to understand.
