Crunchr was established in 2014 by Dirk Jonker to resolve data inconsistences within organizations. Recognizing that scattered data across systems strained data quality and obstructed trust in analysis, Crunchr takes a pioneering role in the sphere of people analytics. With its unique SaaS cloud solution, Crunchr consolidates and validates multiple data sources into a secure, single source of truth which is compliant with GDPR. This approach changes the course of employee data validity in vital meetings. Delivering meaningful people insights, Crunchr capacitates analysts, HR, and leadership for improved decision-making that spans the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to succession planning and internal mobility.

The user friendly interface and powerful analytics dashboards that makes workforce data easy to understand and use.
Our executive team cares deeply about data and trends, especially related to employee turnover, so Crunchr is clearly aligned with supporting those needs. That, plus having so many recommended dashboards/reports and being able to create our own, is a big pro for us.
What I value most about Crunchr is the way it simplifies analyzing people's data. This is very difficult to achieve, and I believe this tool achieves this in an outstanding way, allowing me to easily detect trends and patterns, which subsequently translates into better (faster and more informed) decisions.
The learning curve of some advanced features could be improved with more in platform guidance.
Our biggest challenge with Crunchr right now is the lack of integration with Rippling, which is our HCM and the main source of truth for employee data.
I'd say my least favorite thing about the tool is that sometimes some of the more advanced features aren't as intuitive and require a significant investment of time to master. I've also noticed that speed drops considerably when working with large volumes of information, which doesn't make the process very efficient. Loading speed could be improved.
