I love the reporting. There are a lot of options and plenty of ways to customize them so they can be used by any team in our organization. The analytics are accurate and helpful. Through these smart reports, we have been able to reduce labor costs and retain employees more (using DataCloud's benefit and compensation tracking).
- Large range of locations and people data - Shows where you stand among other companies in similar areas (regionally and business wise) - Integrates well if you already use ADP for other modules
the usability and easy access it provides.
There is a bit of a learning curve to this software but not to the point of being unusable. We made use of the training materials and were helped by the ADP team along the way.
- Didn't represent niche markets we worked in - It's a sound starting point, but other research needed to be done
nothing really. its a great tool for us to use.
