Performance of Cisco Secure Client Across Market Features
Cisco Secure Client Likes & Dislikes
We liked the cross-platform (OS) compatibility as it perfectly integrates with both Windows & MACOS. The built-in features also allow to perform posture assessments on end-devices and to match AAA server policies (ISE for example) to either accept or deny access to media. Finally, it can be a good replacement for native wireless network manager such as the Windows' one.
Read Full ReviewThe flexibility of the Secure Client is very impressive. Combining different functionalities and using a central component for different Cisco products is a perfect solution. From an administrative perspective, the management is very comfortable. Also a point is the visibility you can get our of the Secure Client over general logs but also depending on the modules that are installed. A plus point is also the GUI which is very user friendly and easy to use. Development is also ongoing steadily from Cisco regarding the Secure Client.
Read Full ReviewSecure Client is not that easy to deploy and to use with ISE for example. Client can take some time to launch at (Windows) startup and there are some minor bugs as well, like in almost all Cisco's code, but nothing that bad. Also, there are lots of popups that can be a bit repetitive for end-users.
Read Full Review- It can't be fully automated. I use a script to dial it but it should be supported by default.
Read Full ReviewThere is not much to improve on the Secure Client. What could be improved is the integration of the Secure Client on different OS (like Windows, Apple OS) to the System itself and can work better together.

Connection Delays and Limited Two-Factor Options Present Challenges for Users
I have a few comments to this product - Connection and re-connection is pretty slow. It interrupts the connection for a couple of seconds. This could be immediate so I can connect to VPN during a meeting. - It doesn't support Yubikey for 2FA. - SR.PRODUCT MANAGER10B+ USDEnergy and UtilitiesReview Source
