What we like most about the Netskope One SSE is its deep visibility and granular control over SaaS, web and private application traffic. Real-time inline protection, combined with advanced DLP and threat prevention capabilities, provides strong security without impacting user experience. Additionally, the centralized MGMT console is highly flexible, making policy creation, troubleshooting and last but not least Reporting is very efficient.

At this stage, we do not see any significant weaknesses in Netskope One SSE. The product capabilities, service quality and integrations have consistently met our expectations. The platform is stable, feature-rich and integrates well with our existing security ecosystem.
Missing some basic features, like excluding a POP being used, but most importantly the lack of proper support. when i say support i aslo mean pro-active monitoring or any kind of monitoring. It's nice to have a stats page, but it's almost always green even after major outages surface.
File size sensor limitation; Usefulness of some information obtained or extracted; Need improvements in simplifying the policy creation process.

Netskope CASB was chosen to give us more visibility over cloud interactions in terms of data protection. The possibility to have a certain degree of control and supervision on unsanctioned cloud-based apps and unmanaged devices was a key factor. In the company I work, we already have the CASB API module for more than 1 year and, at this moment, we are in the process of deploying the CASB Inline. The relationship client/service provider is good on a basis where we are learning and adapting how to work with this kind of tool and the service provider is improving it with our inputs.
