Initial configuration is simple. Advanced functionality like DLP works with minimal initial configuration. Policy configurations are very granular, and the client can easily be disabled when the situation calls for it. Client deployment options include major MDM tools as well as manual options.

Missing some basic features, like excluding a POP being used, but most importantly the lack of proper support. when i say support i aslo mean pro-active monitoring or any kind of monitoring. It's nice to have a stats page, but it's almost always green even after major outages surface.

The product uses proprietary terminology in the admin interface. Configuration for private access vs internet access is very disjointed and done so in a very unintuitive manner. There are too many client configuration options, all of which are based on different use cases. The documentation is not easy to use, mostly as a result of the use of proprietary terminology, but also the lack of organization. Additionally, the documentation must often be searched using general terms but will return results that don't often apply to your specific situation.
