Simplicity of use and administration is simply a must to mention, in this regard they are much better than their competitors. Internet Security gives us that sense of relief as an additional component above our existing security in the office but also the protection it provides for users working from home. I administer and maintain the NPA component and for me this is outstanding compared to previous VPN products. The digital experience component also helps a lot when it comes to troubleshooting.

1. Granular DLP capabilities - We're able to enforce a wide variety of DLP profiles (both custom and pre-defined) across web and SaaS applications. Pattern recognition and advanced detection provides strong data protection coverage 2. Visibility & Reporting - Detailed activity logs and analytics provide meaningful insight into user behaviour, and shadow IT 3. Unified policy management - Having CASB, SWG, DLP, and RBI managed from a single console .
Well this is a difficult one as I honestly cannot think of something that I do not like about this product and I've even asked our staff and everyone is happy with this product.
Missing some basic features, like excluding a POP being used, but most importantly the lack of proper support. when i say support i aslo mean pro-active monitoring or any kind of monitoring. It's nice to have a stats page, but it's almost always green even after major outages surface.
1. Occasional Network sensitivity - As with most cloud security tools, network performance may be impacted. While generally stable, troubleshooting user-reported connectivity issues sometimes requires deeper investigation. 2. Steering exceptions for certain applications - Some applications or tools require steering exception to function properly. This adds operational overhead during initial rollout and when new business tools are introduced. 3. User Enrollment Automation Limitations - Automatic user enrollment is not available for our cloud AD.
