Fragmented across multiple portals, and fine-grained policy control can sometimes feel cumbersome. Troubleshooting performance issues or log analysis isn't always straightforward, and support response times can vary by region

Remote solution cannot be replaced as Zscaler Private Access only allows inbound connections to the app connectors, if the server wants to initiate a connection back to the client (VOIP, FTP active, etc.), it is not possible. 2. Support needs to improve. I have been on some calls where they don't know how to troubleshoot problems. 3. Different advice between Proserv and TAM. There is some contradiction between them.
