I have a few comments to this product - Connection and re-connection is pretty slow. It interrupts the connection for a couple of seconds. This could be immediate so I can connect to VPN during a meeting. - It doesn't support Yubikey for 2FA.

I appreciate the ability to use it for Remote Access VPN, the simplified management of the product, and the fact that it also supports the zero trust access methodology. Furthermore, in terms of vendor support, configurability of the tool and user experience the tool is great for enterprise use

It's pretty stable. It works every time.

Nothing, since it works as expected. as with all such tools, you need to stay up to date with patches, vulnerability fixes etc, which is a must.

- It can't be fully automated. I use a script to dial it but it should be supported by default.
