Standout feature had to be the self-service app catalog as it helped us reduce shadow IT as well in addition to reducing our IT tickets. Geography-based offboarding was a very needful feature which we didn't realize how much it would be helpful when we started the workflow. It allows us to schedule user deprovisioning based on the employee's time zone without the need to visit each app manually. The most I like is how easily accessible their customer success team was, even during onboarding and whenever we needed support.

The compliance reporting and audit readiness features are what we lean on the most. Before CloudEagle, getting ready for an audit meant weeks of pulling access logs from different systems, chasing down approvals via email, and manually compiling everything into spreadsheets. It was exhausting and stressful every single time. Now, all of that is captured automatically. When our compliance team needs a report on who has access to what, when it was granted, who approved it, and whether it has been reviewed, they just export it from CloudEagle. The data is always current and always accurate. We have also started using CloudEagle for our onboarding and offboarding workflows, which ties directly into compliance. Every time someone joins or leaves, the access changes are logged and documented automatically. No more manual checklists that are missed. The CS team helped us a lot during our first audit prep with Cloudeagle. They showed us which reports to pull and how to filter the data to match exactly what our auditors were asking for. That saved us a ton of time. Priyanka also helped troubleshoot a connector issue early on and it was fixed within a day.
We didn't find much to dislike about CloudEagle, they do have a lot of modules from license management, renewals to identity governance. But since we only needed identity governance, we haven't be able to completely explore other workflows, but after using the product, I have to say navigating the tool and inital integration setup will require technical help and from CSM team helped us easily navigate and setup all our integrations.

The only thing I would mention is that figuring out which pre-built report templates matched our specific audit requirements took a little trial and error at first. But once we set up our standard reporting configurations, it has been smooth sailing.
