A very interactive dashboard and easy to administer with a ton of integrations.
The CDN service works and and is good value.
Making pseudo URLs simple is a huge help. Being able to change them to update seasonal URL destinations helps in the long term. And security features always help with peace of mind when doing any of these tasks.
L3/4 services like Spectrum need improvement. Additional WAF actions can be added to reduce threat vectors (e.g. slow response, no-response with open connection, conditional actions) Terraform does not support all features.
The support has been extremely disappointing
The security features can be too strict if you are not careful. I have gotten locked out of features when security was set too strictly. Luckily, they can be rectified without too much fuss.

Overall, Cloudflare has a strong product and reputation, especially in the Application Security Services. We utilize multiple Cloudflare products today and overall they have consistently performed well for our organization. Implementation and configuration are streamlined and they continue to improve in these areas. The support organization is the biggest challenge we experience even at an Enterprise level.
