Making pseudo URLs simple is a huge help. Being able to change them to update seasonal URL destinations helps in the long term. And security features always help with peace of mind when doing any of these tasks.
The CDN service works and and is good value.
Services have a wide range of customisation possibilities and offer us the best practices in cybersecurity that we are able to adopt on all of our customers. Also, the feedback from the technical team is very good and extra features are possible to get usually in short period of time. This product gave us the best chance to drive innovation in our country and it is still a huge example of cloud services protecting us every day in our most crucial services with the newest security rules.
The security features can be too strict if you are not careful. I have gotten locked out of features when security was set too strictly. Luckily, they can be rectified without too much fuss.
The support has been extremely disappointing
Main issues are related to support and long waiting times they have, sometimes tickets take multiple weeks to respond to. Although in the end we will get responses and usually the solutions are worth it. We also do understand that our use case is not typical and thus it is harder with us.
