Generally, this project went well. Lakshmi kept us up to date on every step. She was responsive to our inquiries and scheduled meetings whenever necessary.

Our company of 300 users was stuck in a multi-tenant environment with Google Workspace and Microsoft. We reached out to Cloudfuze for the migration of email and calendar. We told Cloudfuze about the requirements for all user data including Calendars and they said it's not a problem. The migration kicked off on 10/10/2025 and the mail migration went well. When reviewing the Calendars we noticed that not all of the calendar events have migrated. After working with the Migration Manager Cloudfuze came back and said they do not Migrate events that were sent from external senders. This completely contradicted what they told us in our kickoff meetings, sales calls, information advertised on websites, and questions we asked them during our weekly meetings and they only came back with this information after 3 days of troubleshooting. Additionally, they did not migrate meeting notes to the calendar events. They also make you pay in full up front so they are covered if they don't complete the project. To top it all off, we were told we would have full support over the migration weekend by the migration manager and we were told there would be a developer on-call if there were issues. They did not provide this service.
