Optimal Workshop is good for some methods and not so much for others. It fills a necessary gap in your tool suite, but is not an all-encompassing solution. Because its sweet spot is in tree tests and card sorts, which determine info architecture and navigation, it's typically not a tool that's needed continuously year after year, but can be critical for a moment in time.
