The amount of services available and their technical support are very good as well.

- End to End Delivery of any services - Engagement throughout any project - SLA is always maintained - ownership been showed which helps us to trust the team and company

Limited (to-date) proactive innovation - while core operations are stable, there is a noticeable gap in proactive solutioning and automation that goes beyond steady-state delivery. I know this is a focus over the upcoming last half of the calendar year. Proactive Service Optimization is another area where opportunities exist. Cognizant is still in somewhat of a reactive mode due to the flurry of requests and demands, however with optimizations comes cost reductions that can benefit both sides.

Time to resolve trouble tickets. Lack of flexibility. Improves business productivity.

- no services that we dislike about service. they are always open to take any feedback and service us better. There is nothing to dislike about the services offered by cognizant , as they take efforts to fix any issues by taking feedback from vendors
