As an IT tech, I am most impressed with the technology that goes into Cognosos and how it is always scaling and improving their technology with what we need as their client. From an auction perspective, I would say that the best thing about what Cognosos offers is a very accessible and data driven platform that can easily improve the day-to-day functionality of facilities that wish to improve efficiency, as well as a real time locator of our many assets.

The functionality works as intended. This product has provided efficiency improvements. It has also improved our customer experience when onsite.
There is not much to dislike about the product or service. The only thing I could possibly suggest improving on is possibly a charging capability on the actual trackers themselves. Keeping track of battery levels and physically changing them out can be daunting on a campus with over 5000 active trackers.
Our main issue in a production environment is that if the cloud-based system goes down or loses connection, we lose all ability to attach trackers to vehicles coming down the line.
