Stability of services and uptime
- Despite all the information provided by the monitoring portal, it is not leveraged to proactively detect and report anomalous behaviors - The PNS (Premium Network Service) support service, at least in our case, was not included as part of the package and we had to add it afterward. For an enterprise account with multiple global sites including production plants, this level of service should be the standard
