Service Management was very professional.
Stability of services and uptime
- Despite all the information provided by the monitoring portal, it is not leveraged to proactively detect and report anomalous behaviors - The PNS (Premium Network Service) support service, at least in our case, was not included as part of the package and we had to add it afterward. For an enterprise account with multiple global sites including production plants, this level of service should be the standard
Incident handling was a disaster. Even the engineers from COLT onsite complained about the situation. Onsite personell had no admin-access to routers, so they had to call somebody centrally for each action. very inefficient.

Colt can offer WAN Links practically everywhere, but coordination with last mile providers is chaotic. This leads to inefficencies and long delays between order and implementation. Note our main problems where in germany, other EU countries seems better.
