- The portals for managing billing and services - The line usage monitoring portal provides extensive information and allows analysis of traffic types, source and destination equipment, etc. - The close and personalized attention from the sales team. - The centralized management of the global services, without ever having to rely on COLTs local teams in each country

Price is the only aspect I can positively evaluate.

Stability of services and uptime

- Despite all the information provided by the monitoring portal, it is not leveraged to proactively detect and report anomalous behaviors - The PNS (Premium Network Service) support service, at least in our case, was not included as part of the package and we had to add it afterward. For an enterprise account with multiple global sites including production plants, this level of service should be the standard

The support experience has been unbelievably poor and completely unacceptable.

The lack of tooling availability in their online portal
